Anthony Imperato, President of Henry Repeating Arms, purchased the assets of the Wright Products company in Rice Lake Wisconsin including a 140,000sf building. Wright Products is a leading stormdoor, window and hardware manufacturer and provided castings, machining, stampings and finishing to Henry Repeating Arms for close to 10 years. Anthony Imperato said of the purchase “I am very pleased with the acquisition of the Wright Products facility as it gives us control over critical parts and we can continue to employ people in the Rice Lake area. We will also machine our new steel 30-30 receivers in Rice Lake and will expand our machining, stamping, and finishing capabilities”. A new company was formed by the name of Henry Wisconsin LLC.
