The Firefighter Tribute Edition commemorates not only the actual firefighter, but also the public trust that Americans place in all firefighters who answer a call of distress. The original art for this rifle has been cut by hand engraver Rob Bunting and through a mechanical transfer the scenes and tribute text is impressed directly onto the nickel plated receiver cover retaining all of the hand engraved elements of the original.

It has been a few months since I contacted you in regards to assisting Kevin McKannan, a friend of mine. As of today, Kaden, his son was able to return home from the Cincinatti Childrens Hospital after a long 4+ months. He still has a lot of therapy ahead of him.
You were gracious enough to contribute two firemen tribute edition rifles along with display cases to assist the family with costs and expenses from his long stay in Cincinatti. We raffled off one rifle which raised $6700.00 for the McKannan family. I along with Kevin’s brother firefighters decided to give the other rifle to Kevin & and his son Kaden. The family is very grateful for for what Henry Repeating Arms helped us do for this family during a rough time. Thank you for your generosity and compassion, you have a great company. (I have included pictures of Kevin, Kaden and myself after we presented them with the rifle).

I am sending you the picture of me with my Firefighter Tribute Rifle. Just to let you know that I liked this rifle so well that I purchased another Henry in the .22lr. I purchased the Lever action .22 Octagon Model H001, this is the rifle that I will shoot. My Tribute rifle will go to my oldest Great-Grandson when I leave this life. He is only 6 years ofd and likes to shoot his BB gun and his grandpa’s .22.
Once again thank you for building such a fine rifle. My friends at the coffee shop were really jealous of the Firefighter Tribute Rifle, I reminded them that they could own their own!!
