Dear Mr. Imperato –

Thank you sir, for the catalogue and the nice follow up message.

My wife and I indeed purchased a Henry .22 rifle (Model H001) for use in an indoor SASS-type shooting league during the cold winter months here in Ohio. We are very pleased with the workmanship, quality and accuracy of the rifle. Fresh out of the box, after a routine cleaning and inspection, it hits dead-on and cycles without failure in this rapid-fire competitive event. It compares very favorably to our center-fire Winchester replicas (1866 and 1873 models), each of which costs 5 times as much the Henry!

The only “bad” news – several other league members also have Henry rifles…the competition is tough! To paraphrase “Mel” (Danny Glover) in the movie “Silverado”: “Do you know what a Henry can do in the hands of someone who knows how to use it?”

Please pass on to all the folks at the HENRY REPEATING ARMS company our thanks and appreciation for an excellent product at an unheard of price these days! A tremendous value and a tribute to all the people in the Henry family. Also, we’ve attached a couple of pictures of us practicing with our new Henry.

Also, we wish all of you a safe and happy holiday season.

Your rifles are great – I have a 22 lever action and everyone I take shooting loves it. The M1, AR15, AK47, etc. stay in the safe while we use the Henry!

Sir; I have many guns and rifles that I have acquired over my 59 years of life but I must tell you I am the proudest of my Henry. Style, class and smooth fit and action just set it apart from all the others I own. I’m afraid I will be purchasing more soon.. Thanks for a fine crafted firearm. Saw the RFD show last week and it was a great profile of a fine american manufacturer. Just Great!

I purchased my first Henry rifle a few days ago, the Frontier lever action model (H001T). I was actually looking to pick up the Golden Boy, but there’s a difference in the stock design between the two models that made the Frontier a better fit for me. When I mounted the Frontier version the sights naturally lined up.

A couple of days later I went plinking and hunting with a couple of Presbyterian clergy who also had brand-new .22 rifles, one of them a semi-automatic, the other a bolt action, both of them equipped with scopes. My shooting companions were also expert shots and unabashed “gun nuts.” Im pleased to report that even with the simple, but elegant, open sights on my Henry, I easily kept up with them when blasting cans at 25-30 yards. I’m surmising that the heavy octagonal barrel steadies the gun much like the barrel of a match rifle.

Those two ministers also gave my Henry a try. They have now made solemn vows to buy Henry rifles.

I’m old enough to have bought a brand-new American-made Winchester Model 94 for hunting, so I’m very familiar with lever-action rifles. If the Henry .22 I own is typical of your products you are indeed continuing a fine tradition. And I intend to personally find out how well you maintain that tradition by purchasing more of your rifles. I have a little list made up already.

Dear Mr. Imperato, Sir, Thank you very much for your catalog, I just wanted you to know that I did buy a Henry Golden Boy in 22 Mag. This is the 3rd. Golden Boy I have bought since you came out with this Rifle. It seems that this seems to be the only firearm I buy nowadays, When I think of the old west the Henry is the one that I think of! More then the Win. or Marlin, Because the Henry was the gun that started it all! A While back I was hoping that you made a 357 Mag. and to answer my prayers you did! So I will be getting one soon. Thank you for a great Rifle!

I just love my Henry Golden Boy. Best made lever action rifle I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned two Winchester Model 94s and have a Marlin 1894FG presently.

The Henry action has ’em both beat.

Dear Sirs:

I just bought one of your rifles and I want to tell you what a beautiful, well crafted item it is!! It is an H001 .22, and is the equal, in workmanship, of my Winchester 30/30, from the 50s. Wish you all the Best and continued success–I will recommend you to everyone.

Dear Mr. Imperato,

Your little Mini Bolt is the best trap line rifle my grandson and I ever used. It’s in the bed of my truck from Nov thru Feb enduring all weather conditions  and NEVER failed us once. My 8 year old grandson Butch has dispatched a lot of coon, fox and coyotes using the 22 CB Longs out of it. Enclosed is a picture of Butch.

Mr. Imperato,

Hard to believe the president of a company as large as Henry has taken the time to help me as you have. I picked up my rifle today. This would not have happened but for your help. The rifle is beautiful and I can hardly wait to shoot it.

I hope you have a Merry Christmas.
